Employers will meet tomorrow to discuss the full implications of new disability legislation.
Brighton and Hove Chamber of Commerce and Brighton University are hosting a forum on the topic with several expert speakers.
From October this year all employers will have to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act.
The law currently applies to employers with 15 or more staff.
