Lewes are preparing for a one-off promotion showdown after clinching runners-up spot in London Three South East.
Coach Paul Taylor and his men visit Three South West runners-up Old Wimbledonians next Saturday to contest the last remaining place in London Two South for next season.
They go to Surrey in good form after a 42-20 demolition of Tonbridge Juddians at the Stanley Turner Ground to clinch second place, just ahead of Chichester.
Wingers Tom Saunders and Sean Taylor scored two tries apiece, as did centre Mark Barnard, with Dave Hemsley and Matt Sole also going over.
Coach Taylor said: "It was very pleasing after our recent game at Bognor where I didn't think we played as well as we could.
"This time we put things together in the backs and got the ball wider.
"The boys are upbeat. We don't know much about Wimbledonians but we can only play our own game and I think we've got the firepower to win."
Chichester did their bit, beating champions Dartfordians 29-0.
After two successive titles, third place represents a great season for them, finishing just two points off the top.
A strong forward display laid the platform for tries by Tim Clemence, Declan Hutchings, Ben Polhill, Jack Smallman and impressive back row man Alex Knight-Barnard.
Hastings and Bexhill will host Kent side Old Elthamians next Saturday for the right to go up into London Four South East.
H&B clinched second place in Sussex One behind Hove with a 39-3 defeat of bottom team Rye. Tom Brampton scored two tries.
Sussex under-20s are out of the County Championship. They lost 58-3 away to Devon in the last eight yesterday, having trailed just 8-3 at the break.
Jack Smallman kicked a penalty but coach Ian Davies said: "We chose the wrong game to play poorly."
