Crawley will be presented with the premier division title shield after their home game with Hinkley United on Saturday.

The club originally announced the presentation would take place after the home game against Newport on Monday, but decided to switch the date due to popular demand.

Managing director Steve Duly said: "Initially we felt Monday was the most appropriate time as it will be our last home match in the Southern League.

"But after listening to many comments from supporters we now understand that Saturday is the preferred date.

"The presentation is mainly for them, after all, so we decided to change it.

"We would like to apologise to those who can't join in the celebrations on Saturday, but the Shield and League Cup will also be on display prior to Monday's match so everyone will get an opportunity to see them."

Defender Marc Pullan will be back in the squad after a hamstring injury for tomorrow's match, but striker Allan Tait is doubtful with concussion.
