What on earth is happening to Southwick Square?

First they charge to park down there - oh, you get 20 minutes free but what can you do in that time? Now they want to charge to park in the streets by the shops. Do they want to kill trade completely?

But worst of all is the work going on. They have been doing the pavements for four weeks now but we are nearly into our third bank holiday and it still looks a tip. Why so long?

A much more important job would be to make a zebra crossing for the children to cross by the Cricketers pub to the playground. This is such a dangerous bit of road I can't believe one has not been put in before.

Mind you, Manor Close is getting regularly swept these days but then two councillors do live there.
