Is the vicar of St George's Church, Kemp Town, Brighton, mad?
I simply cannot believe he is proposing to move the Post Office into his dungeon-like crypt. The conversion recently carried out to the crypt has been done in a very unsympathetic manner.
It has bad vibes and feels and looks very much like a ward in the Sussex County Hospital.
St George's Church has also suffered visually from the exterior. Any extension to the northern side would be sacrilege and a complete disaster. It really is time that the vicar was moved on before he causes riots.
