Many congratulations to our super Seagulls on winning promotion to Division 1 with a great performance at the Millennium Stadium.
Having watched a repeat of the match, I thought they played with great team spirit.
The result and the number of Brighton fans at Cardiff cannot have escaped the notice of Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott.
We are a Division 1 team and fully deserve to have our long-awaited new stadium at Falmer.
These fans would attend every game, I am sure, if the new
stadium was built to accommodate them.
Time now for Mr Prescott to play his part in the great success of The Albion by giving the go-ahead.
The club, fans and the city have waited long enough for this vital decision. Over to you, Mr Prescott.
