With regard to Lynn Daly's write up on Dyson cleaners (The Argus, June 29), I have an upright Dyson.
When I use the extension, the flexible pipe is so taut, the cleaner falls over after moving one to two feet towards me.
I rang and told their helpine this. The lad on the phone line said: "Thanks for telling us. This information is kept on file for future use.
What would you do? Maybe it will fall on my foot one day. I'm watching the present claim very closely.
How many more people are experiencing problems ?
