A bespoke furniture maker is bringing a little bit of South Africa exclusively to the South Coast.
Worthing shop ego & id is stocking pieces of Carrol Boyes' stunning "functional art".
The South African design phenomenon's range includes beautifully sculpted cutlery, tableware and homeware made from a fusion of pewter, aluminium, stainless steel and leather.
Boyes also supports Monkeybiz, which provides employment to women in South African townships.
Jeremy Griffiths, director of ego & id, in Rowlands Road, said: "We are proud to bring Carrol's work to the South. We adore her abstract, design-led pieces and want to give people the chance to enjoy her unique creations."
Ego & id's clients have included The Grand hotel. To contact the company call 01903 202640.
