A pub is pulling in the punters after a £150,000 make-over.
The Brewsters Windmill in Hastings reopened a month ago and business has been booming ever since.
About 30 staff have been recruited in the past two months and more will be employed if sales continue to grow.
The pub in John Macadam Way has opened a new quiet area for couples who want to be away from children.
A lounge area has also been added following the hefty investment from parent company Whitbread.
Manager Craig White said: "If business continues to do well, it is more than likely we will recruit again, which is great news."
