Brighton and Hove City council is blinded by its inability to manage its accounts and is racing to grab more and more funds, as tax is moved towards a local level.
The public is having to find more and more money to fund ever increasing council wage agreements, public-sector salaries and public services.
The decentralisation of tax is going to hit the individual hard and the ramifications will be civil unrest, demonstrations and riots.
