Racing's Big Day Out at Brighton Racecourse on Tuesday has the backing of jockey-of-the-moment Frankie Dettori.
Fresh from winning the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes on Doyen at Ascot last Saturday, Frankie hopes to be riding at Brighton on a day that is devoted to benefit the NSPCC.
Dettori had a blank first two days at Glorious Goodwood and will be looking forward to a return to Brighton where he has been a rare visitor.
On July 13 he rode a double on the course and followed up with another winner there a week later.
He said: "The aim is to ride 150 winners this year and I won't do that sitting on my backside at home.
"The Ferrari hadn't had an outing for a month and it needed the cobwebs blowing away - it didn't take me long to get to Brighton from Newmarket I can tell you!"
