Joe Owen top scored with 50 as Broadwater finished on 203-8 with Stewart claiming figures of 6-61.
Ryan Chitty scored an unbeaten century as Arundel claimed maximum points against Burgess Hill to close the gap on the top two.

Chris Summers went on the rampage with the bat in a thrilling draw between Southwick and Pagham.
Summers hit 28 off one over (four fours and two sixes) as he raced to 69 off just 36 balls. Simon Hardie claimed 4-35 as Southwick set a target of 201-7.
In reply, David Leaver hit 74 and Mike Hoare 73 as Pagham finished just four runs short with one wicket in hand. Paul Grennan took 5-62.
Nuwan Fernando and Parvez Ahktar compiled a fifth-wicket partnership of 108 to lead Ifield to a three-wicket victory at Lindfield.

Barns Green remain second despite slipping to a nine-wicket defeat against Billingshurst.
Stephen Godfrey top scored with 54 as Barns Green made 187-6 but a second wicket partnersip of 138 between John Burroughs (59 not out) and Jason Rigby (104 not out) took Billingshurst to victory at 189-1.
Clymping are close behind in third after taking maximum points at Crawley.
The hosts were bowled out for 114 and Clymping scraped home with two wickets to spare.
Bottom club Henfield almost produced an upset against promotion-chasing Ansty.
Richard Nicholls hit 89 in Ansty's total of 227-6 and Henfield finished just three runs short of victory on 224-5 thanks to 90 from Kevin Thorns.
