Can something be done about the cyclists in Brighton? They seem to use the pavements more than the roads.
They jump red lights, cycle the wrong way up one-way streets, chain their bikes to anything on the pavements, blocking the access.
I saw one mum having terrible trouble trying to get her pushchair past one which had fallen over, chained to a post in Sydney Street.
Someone told me of a bike chained to a no-waiting sign in Bartholomews once.
It had fallen over with the front wheel in the road. Something had run over the wheel and buckled it.
I would have loved to have seen the cyclist's face on their return.
