A company which provides secure housing for troubled young people has won an award for the way it treats its own employees.
Sovereign Care, based in Worthing, employs 60 people across Sussex who help vulnerable children and adults.
The company has now been awarded the Investor in People tag after implementing a number of staff training and development schemes.
These include providing workers at the company in Grafton Road with regular staff newsletters and stress-busting head and back massages.
Personal and professional development courses on self-esteem, assertiveness and self-development are also offered.
