I wonder if readers can tell me where I can obtain the special driving license a lot of drivers seem to have?

This special license allows them to ignore all speed limits, drive through red traffic lights and park the car anywhere they like.

It would appear that some people, when sitting behind the wheel of a car, sit on their brains.

This is not just restricted to the Ford, Vauxhall or Citroen end of the market but also the BMW, Mercedes and Jaguar end as well.

Why as a nation are we not capable of sticking to road laws that are in place to protect drivers from themselves ?
