Brighton and Hove has become the first city on the South Coast to get a new-style phone kiosk and cash machine rolled into one.
The machine has been installed by Crawley-based TRM Corporation.
Commercial director Crawford Edgar unveiled the machine in Bartholomews, next to Brighton Town Hall.
Mr Edgar presented a bottle of champagne to its first user, Yasmin Edwards from London.
The customer base of TRM, which also installs photocopiers, has grown to 20,000 in the US and 30,000 locations worldwide, including the UK and France.
