Like most sane members of the community, I was exasperated and saddened to read about Harriet Jordan-Wrench being sued for damaging Timothy Jones's car.
It does not surprise me, however, that we have sunk to this level of madness as it seems to be apparent in so many aspects of our society today.
Here is an opportunity for one of Brighton's top solicitors to restore our confidence in common sense and offer to defend Harriet's case Pro Bono (free of charge) to whatever extent the law will allow.
Come on, one of you lawyers, take up the challenge and restore our believe that things aren't as crazy as they seem.
