Shoreham and Oakwood claimed notable scalps on a good day for County League sides in the FA Vase.
Eight teams made it through to the second qualifying round while East Grinstead face Petersfield in a replay at East Court tomorrow after a goalless draw.
Shoreham were outstanding 3-2 winners over a Walton Casuals side who have already beaten Three Bridges and Newport IOW in the FA Cup this season.
Robbie Craven was the hero with a last-minute winner when he volleyed in Wayne Joseph's cross. Jamie Cole's brace had put Shoreham 2-0 in front, but Casuals struck back when they had the gale-force wind behind them in the second half.
Boss Fred Proto said: "It was a great performance. We played so well in the first half but it was like the Alamo after that and we defended ever so well and hit them on the break right at the end."
Oakwood's Gerald Manville scored four times as they hammered Kent League Herne Bay 5-2 at Tinsley Lane.
Oaks raced into a 3-0 lead and Gareth Neathey snuffed out any hopes of a fightback when he made it 4-1 midway through the second half.
Boss Bob Pyle said: "They are a decent side so to win so well was very pleasing."
Ringmer goalkeeper Ross Standen missed out on a unique hat-trick as his side thrashed Cove 10-0 when he fluffed a second-half penalty after earlier converting two others.
It hardly mattered as Dominic Shepherd helped himself to five goals including three in six minutes.
