Glamour girl Jordan is being sued by five firms for money she allegedly owes them.
The Sussex-based model faces legal action in the High Court after top law firm Mishcon de Reya issued a writ against her.
The company, which represented Diana, Princess of Wales, during her divorce, is claiming £30,524 plus interest for unpaid fees for legal services dating back to July last year.
It covers invoices sent to the star, real name Katie Price, for advice about her best-selling autobiography, Being Jordan.
The writ also describes how the firm approached record companies, producers and writers on her behalf.
The writ gives Jordan's former address in Poynings, near Brighton, though she now lives in Maresfield, near Uckfield.
Her former manager Dave Read's company Neon is also reported to be taking action against her for £150,000 allegedly owed from the sale of her autobiography.
She sacked Mr Read and cancelled a string of personal appearances in a bid to reform her image.
New Vision Arts Management, her agents before Neon, are said to be suing for an undisclosed sum at Croydon County Court.
Fun pub chain Brannigans called in its lawyers after she allegedly pulled out of a tour of 12 of its venues.
Phone business Juice Mobile Entertainment is also believed to be taking action over money it claims it is owed for picture messages.
