Japanese conveyor belt restaurant Moshi Moshi is introducing an outside catering service.
The Brighton eaterie is ready to serve formal business lunches and more relaxed, informal fare to offices.
The restaurant says soggy sandwiches are now redundant and can be replaced with a healthy, wholesome, low-fat option.
It says its food is light enough to guard against the mid-afternoon slump and contains enough fish to boost brain power.
A spokesman said: "Business decorum is also ensured as the bite-size nature of sushi dishes means it is easy to eat while maintaining polite conversation."
As an introductory offer, Sussex-based businesses placing an order exceeding £50 will receive a complimentary 1.8-litre bottle of Onigoroshi (Little Devil) sake.
