Can anyone tell me what happened about the loud train hooting fracas?
We live quite a way from the main London line (what it must be like for the people nearer I dread to think) but why every ten minutes or so throughout the day and up until at least midnight, then again 5am, do we have to have this loud, nerve-shattering honking?
I could understand it if we lived adjoining Waterloo Station but is it really necessary here?
