Burgess Hill boss Gary Croydon insisted his side deserved more support after last night's 5-0 thrashing of Newport IoW.
Hillians extended their winning run in the league to six matches, retaining second place in the table.
Croydon said: "We passed the ball really well but 193 people coming to watch the only game in Sussex is not good enough. We can't sustain that football with that sort of crowd."
Hillians opened the scoring in the fifth minute. Steve Harper tucked home a rebound after Ben Andrews' attempted lob was parried by John Simpkins.
Then Darren Smith slotted home at the back post following a teasing cross from the lively Alex Robinson.
The third goal arrived in the 17th minute when Robinson's pinpoint cross was met by a crisp Smith volley.
Defender Marc Cable headed a fourth in the 58th minute after another excellent cross from Robinson. Then Harper turned a defender before drilling a left-footer into the far corner.
