A style guru who made her name in California during the Seventies has opened her third shop in West Sussex in five months.
Marsha Lofthouse, 82, has established a chain of furniture and homesware shops with impressive gusto since moving back to England.
She opened furniture store Marsha's Loft in Shoreham High Street in April, quickly followed by a vintage pine shop on the opposite side of the road.
Now the octogenarian, who was born in Shoreham before emigrating to America, has opened Marsha's Home in East Street, Horsham.
But her expansion plans do not stop there. Another Marsha's Loft will open in Bexhill-on-Sea shortly and there are plans to launch into Hove.
The day-to-day running of the business is now managed by her son, Steve Black, but Marsha still sources many of the items herself and keeps a close eye on developments.
