A 91-year-old woman who died in a car crash on Boxing Day has been named as Rosalie Richard.
The pensioner lived in De La Warr Parade, Bexhill.
She was a passenger in a red Citroen Saxo that was being driven southbound by a 60-year-old woman, also from Bexhill, when it was in collision with a black VW Golf shortly before 4.30pm.
The accident happened on the A21 at John's Cross, near Robertsbridge.
The Saxo driver and two passengers, a 23-year-old woman and a five-year-old boy from Surrey were seriously injured. They were all taken to the Conquest Hospital, Hastings.
The driver of the Golf, a 48-year-old man from London, and his 45-year-old woman passenger also from London both received minor injuries and were also treated at the Conquest.
Police closed the road for just over four hours to allow rescue, recovery and investigation work to take place.
