Eastbourne Borough have it all to do in the second half at Kenilworth Road.
Borough got off to the perfect start when Matt Crabb gave them the lead in the sixth minute after playing a neat one-two with Simon Johnson.
Their joy did not last long though as Luton levelled three minutes later through Matt Barnes-Homer.
Tom Craddock was the creator as he cut in from the left to set up Barnes-Homer and he also had a big hand in the second in the 19th minute when his shot was saved by Danny Knowles only for Kevin Gallen to tap in the rebound.
Knowles was unlucky again in the 36th minute as he did well to keep out Barnes-Homer's curling effort but the ball fell to Gallen to stab home from close range.
