Organisers of a beach festival have set a date for next year's event.
Paddle Round the Pier will take place on Hove seafront on July 3 and 4.
The annual event attracts thousands of visitors to watch paddlers on board their home-made craft head out and around the West Pier.
The longest race is a 20-mile paddle board challenge from Hove beach to Worthing Pier and back.
There are also water-sports competitions, music and stalls along the lawns.
This year a record-breaking £30,000 was raised for charity and donated to the Rockinghorse Appeal, the RNLI and Surfaid International.
