I READ with interest the article on development sites in Brighton (The Argus, December 15).
Among them is an absolute gem of a building – the former post office in Ship Street – which would be snapped up after a quality refurbishment.
This could be turned into a small, top quality office development, helping overcome Brighton’s shortage of prime office accommodation, as reported earlier in The Argus.
One other prime spot, but not covered in the report, is the former Sackville Hotel on Hove seafront.
Hopefully, Brighton and Hove City Council will look at this hole in the ground too.
