FIREFIGHTERS have been tackling a blaze at a hotel this morning.
Crews were called to the White Hart Hotel in the High Street, Lewes, after a fire broke out in the chimney at around 9.30am.
Sussex Police closed the road while firefighters from Lewes and Barcombe dealt with the blaze at the four storey building.
The fire was put out and the road reopened by 12.30pm.
