Today is my due date.

I know all my dates are spot on so why does my little girl want to stay inside my tummy rather than come and meet us? I understand it's freezing outside and who would not want to hibernate some more!

I know that it would be wishful thinking to meet her on time as I've read that at least 75% of babies arrive late.

I am also selfish and want one lovely night of sleep as I have forgotten what a decent nights kip can be like!

Well Carrot I know it's cold outside and obviously I have provided you with such a good home that you don't want to leave it. But I'll cut you a deal, you give me and daddy one night of good sleep and cuddles before you arrive and promise to come along soon.

We are so excited about meeting you! And I hope all your fidgeting means that you are too!
