Tonight Brighton's newest model agency BM Models glamourously launches itself into the East Sussex fashion market with a VIP evening at TABLE from 7pm. My Jenny Packham dress is freshly back from the dry cleaners and my black peep-toes have just been re-heeled (the shoe-guy next to Waitrose on Western Road is a magician) so I do believe I'm all set to go canapé hunting.
The exclusive launch this evening will not only introduce the agency's creative team but will feature the stunning models from BM sashaying up and down while showcasing collections of established designers Ailsa Rollo (Ailsa), Katie Quinn (Katie Quinn) and Tom Lipop (Lipop menswear, London).
Based in the North Laines, BM Models will be Brighton's only unique boutique style agency operating through three separate divisions = BM Bookings, BM Productions and BM Yourself! - which together promise to offer a wide range of services to cater to fashion and creative industry professionals, as well as the individual consumer.
Local retailers, designers, PR's and ad agencies will all agree that an agency like this locally will be very handy business to have on speed dial.
The incredibly excited founder, Bethania Matheus, has over 10 years experience in the fashion industry which obviously helps to keep her focused.
Bethania says "This new venture gives me and the team the opportunity to utilise the experience we have gained over the last decade and put it to good use locally within our community. We are confident that BM has the flexibility and creativity to offer a range of models and services that can infiltrate all genres of the media industry be it fashion, TV, music or advertising."
The invite only launch party will be hosted from 7pm at TABLE, Jubilee Square, Brighton. Good luck everyone!
