All too often I read about our “appalling” health service so I thought I would redress the balance.
On Sunday, August 30, my son was playing in a football tournament at Patcham and broke his arm.
The St John ambulance team dealt with him immediately. For three so young, they were incredibly professional and calm.
Sorry ladies but I omitted to take your names so I can’t mention you personally but hopefully someone will point this letter out to you.
The ambulance crew were superb and despite A&E being incredibly busy, we were dealt with as quickly as was possible and left several hours later with my son’s arm in a plaster cast.
Thank you once again to everyone involved in my son’s fantastic care.
