There are lots of things citizens can do to help slow down climate change and its consequences but there seems to be little done by organisations, businesses and the Government that will actually make a big difference.
Shouldn’t there be more law change and other wide-ranging action being done?
The future seems to be one of water and food shortages, loss of species and land drying up or being flooded. All parties need to sign up to this issue and some serious laws need to be brought in.
Maybe there would be unrest due to forced lifestyle changes but it’s a price worth paying. Or is it a case that businesses would not tow the line if asked to make big changes? The Government needs to risk being unpopular. Action needs to happen now.
