A student is hoping her campaign will quieten the noisy streets of an Indian city for at least one day.
Leonie Timmers, who studies law at the University of Sussex, has come up with the plan for a "No Horn Day" on September 5 after she was surprised by the constant honking of traffic in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Leonie, who is on work experience with the Paryavaran Mitra (Friend of the Environment) green non-profit organisation, will launch a publicity drive to get backing for their plan
