I seriously doubt if the bus lane addition to the coast road will be removed.

Drivers who have to use their cars for business reasons will just have to suffer as far as Brighton and Hove City Council and the bus companies are concerned.

However, to help somewhat, the ridiculous traffic lights at the junction of Longridge Avenue should be removed and the mini round-about reinstated.

Until the changes there weren’t any significant hold-ups at that junction.

Now, if the lights are red and there is no traffic from Longridge Avenue you just sit there and waste time waiting for these red-iculous lights to go to green.

The authorities will probably not do anything as it would be tantamount to admitting they were wrong. However, the electorate know they are wrong even if they won’t admit it.
