A-level students across Sussex have been celebrating today as their results have come in.
A table of some of the schools' results submitted to The Argus, and we have also compiled a picture gallery of celebrating pupils sent in by schools.
Among those celebrating are Eastbourne twins Mark and Iain Gibb, who learnt today they had both got the grades to continue their musical careers.
Iain will study the violin at Trinity College of Music in Greenwich while his brother will develop his skills on the viola at the Royal College of Music in London.
The 18-year-olds - who are not identical twins - both found they had achieved A grades in music when they returned to collect their A-level results at Sussex Downs College in Lewes today.
Mark also got an A in history, and Bs in politics and English literature, while Iain got straight Bs in the same subjects.
Iain, the younger brother by a minute, said of his results: "I'm really pleased.
"We've put a lot of hard work in, a couple of hours practice every day to keep up and keep progressing, but it's paid off."
