A 46-year-old Brighton man has been killed in a crash on the M40.
The unnamed man was a passenger travelling in a green Rover when it was involved in a collision with a silver Astra.
He died at the scene.
The accident happened near to the junction for Milton Common on the southbound carriageway of the motorway at 12.05am yesterday.
Two people have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving.
The driver of the Astra, a woman, and the male driver of the Rover sustained minor injuries.
