I have realised that as I travel through my pregnancy I am relying on online social networking a lot more. I don’t want to answer the phone or meet people and put people off meeting me. I have decided that there must be other Pregnant in Brighton lovelies out there and so this week I have set up a Pregnant in Brighton group on facebook for mums, mums to be and dads just like me.
What makes me happy is that a few days later I found out on the Argus main page that the NHS Brighton and Hove have also set up a maternity group on facebook.
For unsociable pregnant grumps like me these groups may well be a good source of research for my impending motherhood whilst also giving virtual support and the chance to meet up when not so unwanting of human contact.
