I HOPE the voters of the recent Goldsmid by-election saw The Argus on August 6.

We had a perfect opportunity to oust the “do nothing” Tory administration, yet the Green party are perhaps showing their true colours – blue – by choosing not to ditch the lame duck Conservative city council and voting against a coalition with the Labour Party and Liberal Democrats.

Be warned and take your revenge in the city 2011 elections and vote Labour.
