A driver is critically ill after a crash on a country road.
Police, firefighters, paramedics and Surrey Air Ambulance were called to the crash on the A286 north of Midhurst at about 6.25pm yesterday.
A car had left the road and stopped on its side in a ditch.
The man at the wheel was taken by ambulance to St George's Hospital in Tooting, London.
His condition is described as critical.
No other cars were involved.
