A BUSINESSMAN being questioned about the murder of his mother-in-law has been released on bail.
Mohammad Soboh, 40, was arrested after the death of Pauline Knowles-Samarraie at his home in Rottingdean on Wednesday.
Sussex Police tonight released Mr Soboh on bail as their investigations continue.
He is due to return to a police station at a later date.
Police are continuing to search for the weapon that killed the 71-year-old grandmother.
A post mortem examination revealed Mrs Knowles-Samarraie died of head injuries.
No information has been released about the cause of the fire at the house in Grand Crescent.
