An art trail will give Brightonians and seaside visitors the chance to visit local artists, photographers and sculptors in nine businesses around Brighton Marina.
Sussex artists are already showcasing their work in new spaces at the marina. The Gallery and Skyline Gallery opened last month, in previously empty units.
“We want to inject Brighton’s culture into the marina,” says gallery manager Julie Dennison.
Inside The Gallery are pieces by local photographers and artists, while the Skyline Gallery presents an eclectic mix of art focusing on the natural world, in particular the Brighton and Sussex area. It also features an eco-car by Jamie McCartney, who is best known for his erotic sculptures.
