A driver has been killed in a car crash outside an animal rescue centre.
A teenage girl was also injured in the collision which happened on the Broyle, B2192, outside Raystede Animal Rescue Centre, Ringmer, near Lewes, at 8.15am today.
The girl has been taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, but her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Shortgate Lane and Harveys Lane were closed by Sussex Police after the crash until 11am when the roads reopened.
