The creative work of young people will be showcased at an arts event.

The Youth Arts Fringe (YAF), which is in its second year, will display work from young people across Brighton and Hove.

It will be held in May to tie in with Brighton Festival and will include theatre, visual art, graffiti, photography, sculpture, dance, music and painting.

YAF highlights artwork by people aged 11 to 25, many of who do not normally get the chance to take part in mainstream arts events.

Services involved include youth centres, hostels, mental health services, youth offending teams, schools and substance misuse support organisations.
