So Government ministers want to cut or stop benefits to alcoholics?

Will the Department for Work and Pensions benefit sanction include middle class alcoholics or will we see the usual bashing of the poorest working classes?

I wonder what cigar smoking, overweight (obese), whisky-drinking Sir Winston Churchill would have thought about this New Labour gem?

But then again, this great man’s life was cut short because of his lifestyle. He died aged only 90.
