I am a Norwegian aged 53. I used to live in Brighton about 37 years ago and went back with my new fiancée recently.
As I love Brighton, I wanted to show her my previous “home town”. And what an experience it was.
Brighton was just as I remembered, although a few of my “locals” had closed or changed name.
We really enjoyed our stay. The seafront hotel staff were magnificent. It was strange being back after so many years but I instinctively knew where to go.
My thanks to the people of Brighton for making my fiancée love the town as well.
We marry next year and our honeymoon will be in Brighton. I read The Argus on the internet every day as I like to keep myself updated on Brighton news.
