I understand that if people do not put out their recycling bins on the correct day we, the public, can be fined £75.
I live in The Avenue which, because of roadworks, is closed to traffic.
Recycling and rubbish bins have not been collected for three weeks so now there are about five houses with three weeks’ worth of rubbish.
Does this mean we will get a rebate on our council tax or can we fine the council £75 every time they dictate when they will collect – but do not.
