The Argus is receiving complaints about the Southern Railway service between Brighton and London.
One commuter has reported five-carriage trains replacing the normal 10 carriages.
There have also been complaints that one carriage is being used for First Class travel and another as a buffet car reducing the commuter capacity to just three carriages in rush hour.
The complaints come after anger at the new timetable launched by Southern Railway in the New Year and the frequently cancelled services.
Are you a London commuter having problems with Southern trains?
