Albion progressed into the area semi finals with a convincing display.
Brighton started the better but it took a while for the first chance of the game. A penalty was given for a foul on Forster, it was very generous as I personally thought there was no contact but the referee pointed to the spot and Forster stepped up and scored.
Anyinsah had two good chances and should have done better but Albion had most of the possession and deserved to go in at the break in front.
Swindon came out stronger in the second half. Kuipers made a couple of good saves as they pressed on, but a defensive mistake from Swindon awarded Albion a corner. Cox delivered a pinpoint cross onto Livermore's head and put the Seagulls well on the way at 2-0.
Swindon had a couple of half chances but nothing more than that and the game finished and put Albion nearer to Wembley.
So Shrewsbury in the next round will be tough as they are good side at home but I think we can win there, it is also live on Sky.
A difficult fixture next, an away trip to Carlisle, but they are going through bad times so hopefully we can get a result.
