Albion slumped to their first away defeat of the season as a classy Leeds taught them a lesson in football...
Leeds were by far the better side and were out classed all game, the strike partnership of Beckford and Becchio showed why they are one of the favourites to go up. It was not just them who impressed - Delph was also very good and kept Albion busy.
The first half started with domination from Leeds and hardly anything from Brighton. It wasn't until the 44th minute when Becchio shot, was blocked by Whing and then followed up with another shot to score. Brighton then fell asleep and let Beckford score with a header to make it 2-0 before half time.
Albion rarely threatened all game and Leeds did not score again until the 90th minute when Beckford ran past Kuipers and slotted home 3-0.
There was still time to get a consolation goal, Murray running past two defenders and slotting home.
A disappointing result but it shows how good Leeds are.

We have now slipped down to 17th just above the relegation zone, it is a must win game Saturday at home to Hereford I'm going for 3-1 Murray. Albion need to improve and stop letting in late goals: 95th minute against Northampton, 45th and 94th minute against Cheltenham, 44th, 45th and 90th against Leeds not great stats. Come on lads, game's not over until the whistle goes.
