Chart-topping pop band from the 1980s will be bringing their tour to the city.

ABC have announced the Lexicon Of Love Orchestra tour for 2025 with a show at the Brighton Centre on November 1.

The tour sees the band perform their fan-favourite debut album The Lexicon of Love in its entirety alongside all the ABC hits across the UK.

The album was originally released in 1982, reaching number one on the charts.

It showcased Martin Fry’s distinctive, soulful voice with records such as Poison Arrow and The Look Of Love, Tears Are Not Enough and All of My Heart. Produced by Trevor Horn and voted by many as the best British album of the decade, it cemented ABC’s place in British music history.

Worldwide hits and eight studio albums followed.

The Lexicon of Love Orchestra tour was first shown to audiences in 2009 with a performance at the Royal Albert Hall, featuring Martin Fry in his gold lame suit.

This 2025 tour will see ABC joined by conductor Anne Dudley and The Lexicon Sinfonia promising an evening celebrating their enduring presence.
